Greater Than You Can Imagine

As Women’s History Month reaches its midpoint,? I reflect on the abundance of greatness and the profound growth of my personal pillars: community mentorship, education, and capital. From the launch of my debut book in February to the 'The Beauty of Success Books + Bubbles' book tour, and the release of our second annual 2024 Economic Advancement Report , surrounded by founders and allies in our community, it's a season of manifesting miracles, connectivity, and, above all, encouragement and inspiration. Every encounter and every stop illuminates my path a little brighter.

This month is truly a reflection of Chapter 10 Greater Than You Can Imagine! It's astonishing how this pivotal moment in my career has surpassed even my wildest expectations. From transforming my business to realigning my team and forging new avenues of service, it's been a true brain trust of support from Kendra Scott and Veronica Beard , donating 20% of the proceeds from our events to BrainTrust Founders Studio to our amazing partners - El Hempe Spirits for keeping the bubbles flowing to Cantu Beauty , our haircare partner, to my Parfait who is revolutionizing AI technology across the hair industry, and so many more partners who continue to support along the way.?

Feb 29th - March 3rd: Leading Women Defined : For the past 15 years, hosted by former BET Networks Chairman & CEO, Debra Lee , the annual Leading Women Defined Summit has convened up to 200 prominent Black and brown women from across the country for insightful, authentic, and energizing conversations and connections in a sacred space to foster a deep sisterhood and platform for collaboration, community, and collective impact.

March 5th: Books + Brunch: Hosted by DealMakeHers, an exclusive new network of leading female dealmakers who are shaping the way deals are done.? I had the honor of being a feature author at The DealmakeHers event Books & Brunch Celebrating Women Making History alongside fellow authors: @Stacy Abrams, Level Up: Rise Above the Hidden Forces Holding Your Business Back, Rebecca Minkoff , Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage, and Success , Daniela Pierre-Bravo , How To Own Your Power At Work As A Woman Of Color, and Roya Shariat , Maman and Me: Recipes from Our Iranian American Family .

March 7th: 摩根大通 Private Client Dinner hosted by Leilah Diong and Leyonna Barba to celebrate The Beauty of Success and our collective accomplishments as both intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in our pursuit to create generational wealth.

March 9th: Adelphi University Women’s premier Women’s Leadership Conference hosted by University President Christine Riordan , featuring more than 350 professionals, industry leaders, alumni, students, and community members that come together for a day of influential connections, compelling discussions and development opportunities. I had the honor of leading a keynote close to my heart - Building Your Brain Trust.

March 10th - 13th: SXSW: From the Inc. Magazine Founders House to Vogue Business Dinner to our The Beauty of Success Kendra Scott Sip & Shop to the BrainTrust Founders Studio + Build in Tulsa Founders Meetup, my official SXSW panel with U.S. Soy and the ANDERSON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION INC “Let’s Talk Business with Kendra” book signing.?
