SPOKANE VALLEY, WA — The Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce proudly honored Phil Champlin with the prestigious Legacy of Leadership Award at this year’s Annual Meeting, recognizing his remarkable dedication and enduring impact on the Chamber and the Spokane Valley business community. The event also celebrated the installation of the Chamber’s 2025 Board of Directors, a dynamic team of industry leaders committed to driving forward the Chamber’s mission.?
Legacy of Leadership
Phil Champlin’s contributions have set a high standard for ethical and visionary leadership, embodying the spirit of service and commitment to the region. With his name now permanently displayed on the Chamber’s Legacy of Leadership plaque, Phil’s legacy will continue to inspire generations of business leaders to come.

Introducing the 2025 Board of Directors
The Chamber is excited to welcome its 2025 Board of Directors, a group of accomplished leaders from across the region, poised to steer the Chamber into a new era of growth and innovation. Led by incoming Board President Dr. Kevin Brockbank , the Board comprises representatives from leading sectors dedicated to fostering economic prosperity and community development.?
Reflecting on the Board’s achievements, Brooke Baker Spink, current Board President, remarked, “It has been a privilege to serve alongside such talented and driven individuals. Our efforts have propelled the Chamber’s vision forward, and I am confident the 2025 board will build upon this momentum.”?
During the Chamber’s Annual Meeting held this past Thursday, November 7, Kevin Brockbank, shared his vision for the year ahead: “Our board is united by a shared commitment to enhance the Chamber’s role as a champion for businesses in the Greater Spokane Valley. Together, we will continue to innovate, advocate, and create value for our members.”?
