Four (4) years of service as President of the United States of America (POTUS) has a job description.

To serve as President is similar to being pregnant for four (4) years because the responsible human or mother must think about the safety, health, and well-being of human(s) responsible for.

A viable President is one who knows their self and their environment. Like pregnancy, sometimes the miracle of birth occurs healthfully after term and sometimes the pregnancy is unviable, otherwise referred to as a miscarriage. Let’s get viable, grow up, smarten up. America is beacon of light (Jothi), let's act like it.

First, implement and enforce laws written by Congress, appoint the Cabinet, and leaders of the Federal agencies. Can this occur without nepotism? As an author who refrains as much as possible from using words that end with “ism” and eliminates the word “should” from vocabulary and publication, yes. Yes, the appointments can occur with low to no bias. It is legally, morally, and ethically possible to appoint humans to serve in roles they are fit to serve.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic, for which it stands, one nation, under God (Supreme Intelligence), UNITED, with liberty and justice for all.

How do we run an efficient and effective Republic democratically? Easy, we use business intelligence (BI) and organizational behavior strategies.

There are thousands of Americans who are real Americans that have served in various workforces who can serve the Great United States of America and we must find them, like we find the OBGYN, or research the daycares and preschools and so on. Listen, not all of us are fortunate to have the privilege to select medical or holistic or whatever care we choose and some of us have to make due with what we do have the power to do based on our socioeconomic status.
