The era of lucrative remote and hybrid jobs may be over. New data from career site Ladders shows a 60% plunge in remote roles and a 95% crash in hybrid opportunities for positions paying $250,000 or more annually.?

As the office makes a comeback, candidates eyeing six-figure salaries face an uphill battle. They must typically invest in advanced degrees and years of specialized training, with top-tier jobs demanding over 15 years of experience.
