Last week Proliant brought all of the Managers across the county to home base in Atlanta for a state of the union. I could not help but be in awe of the talent this company has assembled in the last 2 years. Incredible. However the most encouraging part of the event was the complete willingness of each party to be open and excited about working with each other person. Not one single ego in the room.

It RE-Confirmed a decision I made 2 years ago. I have never second guessed. When a company is willing to bet on talent that is willing to bet on themselves - Great Things Happen.
