Thanksgiving, Just Another Day...
For combat veterans suffering with moral injury and at serious risk for death by suicide, Thanksgiving is just another day dealing with issues not visible to the naked eye.
Did you know that each and every day 20 military veterans take their own lives?
The nondenominational Heroes To Heroes Foundation provides spiritual healing and peer support for Combat Veterans of all conflicts and all faiths who have attempted suicide or are on a path to self-destruction due to moral injury.

Heroes To Heroes achieves its phenomenal results by sending Teams of 12-14 veterans on journeys to the Holy Land (Team 28 recently completed its journey) where they visit the holiest sites of many of the worlds major religions, traveling with 3 IDF soldiers who fully understand their plight. Additionally, the IDF soldiers participate in the nightly discussion sessions with Team coaches.
