GREAT Scholarships for Bangladeshi students in 2025-26

Bangladeshi graduates who are aspiring to continue studies in the UK, the prestigious GREAT Scholarships offer the opportunity to take the academic journey to the next level!

For the 2025-26 academic year, 10 postgraduate scholarships are available for students from Bangladesh, providing a minimum of ￡10,000 towards tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate course in the UK.

These scholarships are jointly funded by the UK Government’s GREAT Britain Campaign and the British Council, in collaboration with leading UK universities. The program aims to support exceptional students and build strong academic ties between the UK and Bangladesh.

Eligibility criteria:

To apply for a scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a Bangladeshi citizen.

• Be willing to attend a networking event with other GREAT scholars and share experiences of studying in the UK.
