Then comes the Millennials who started in the workforce freshly out of university or school. The generation that holds the most advantage in the workplace due to their skills with technology and now their experience. It is easy to say that most Millennials went into workplaces to be managed by a Gen - X but it was actually the Millennial that drove the transformation due to the Internet just emerging into the marketplace.
Millennials will comprise 75% of the global workforce by 2025 and will work for organizations that foster innovative thinking, develop their skills, and make a positive contribution to society.
