According to recent research by Microsoft, more than ???? ?????? ???????? of the global workforce are considering leaving their employers this year.

The mass exodus has company leaders bracing for a seismic shift in the workforce — and the trend is likely to be heading to Australia.

A Deloitte study of 5,000 women in 10 countries,?including Australia, India, the US and the UK found that of the 23 per cent of working women considering leaving the workforce,?57 per cent said they planned to leave their current employer in the next two years,?which shows that women are feeling less loyal to their employer.

Chief strategy officer of Deloitte Australia, Claire Harding, said?women were interviewed from a range of industries, from hospitality to finance, and more than half were feeling ???????? ???????????????????? ?????????? ?????????? ???????????? ?????????????????? today than before the pandemic.?

How do you feel? What thoughts have been bubbling up to the top of your mind while you have been adjusting to working from home, concerns about health and wellbeing, juggling home-schooling and multiple responsibilities while trying to maintain productivity for work? Have you been thinking about making a change? Have you reassessed your priorities?

Now that we are in the final quarter of the year, soon job openings and hiring will slow down for the end-of-year 'silly season' holidays and we will be celebrating the end of Covid lockdowns. It's time to prepare yourself so you can create a successful, happy and rewarding 2022.

Goodness knows we need something good to look forward to!
