Great Progress at Landore Court, Cardiff

Crossmark were on site today with our team to review the progress of Landore Court in Charles St, Cardiff. The team at Bect with their supply chain and designers are creating 152 BtR apartments that will make fantastic homes with very interesting amenity spaces for the residents.

Crossmark also met with Fresh who will manage and operate the building, watch this space for the new brand and marketing material.

Keep up the good work Team Bect and your sub contractors, Rio Architects, Hydrock and McCanns along with Currie&Brown, Glyndwr, the compliance team AWW, Morgan Structural, Helios and Hydrock M&E.

The project remains on target to complete in the summer of 2023.
