This is something we are slowly starting to see in the New York City market. But the reality is that it is seasonal. By mid-January we always start to see an uptick in inventory. The real question is will this carry into the spring with more momentum? As long rates continue to go down, then there is every reason to believe that we will see a solid turn around from 2023. This is what we need.
