Great Mortgage vs Big Banks

Great Mortgage is my baby. I’ve been building this company since 2000 and I’ve personally helped thousands of people secure mortgage loans. An experience with Big Banks is different, and it would be hard to list all the differences.

But I will tell you this: All mortgage companies ARE NOT the same.

What’s the difference? My company is GREAT.

GREAT Residential Relationships. My first goal is to make the lending process as easy as possible. What does that mean for you? I have a network of tested and trusted professionals who share the same passion for helping make the home buying process easy. If you need a GREAT realtor to show you homes, chances are I not only know one, but have used one in the area you’re looking.

Don’t know who else you may need to know? I’ve used home inspectors, real estate attorneys, title companies, cleaning companies, landscaping companies, handyman companies, credit repair people, and many more. I’ve closed thousands of mortgage loans. I promise to make the process GREAT for you and your family.

GREAT Multiple Lenders. I spend a lot of time personally meeting with and vetting lenders to make sure I provide GREAT loans to my clients.

What does multiple lenders do for you? Having access to multiple lenders means I have flexible options to help my borrowers with various financial situations. Flexible options mean I will find a GREAT one just for you.

GREAT Streamlined Systems. We have a GREAT staff of diligent, hard-working professionals working behind the scenes committed to making the process of approving your loan GREAT. We invest time and money into our systems to make it GREAT for you, from start to finish.

GREAT Personalized Service. I tend to keep personal relationships with my clients because they enjoyed working with me. I’ve even called my clients, after I helped them buy their home, to help them save more money with a lower rate. Do you want someone thinking about your mortgage for you?

GREAT Availability. Have a random question about your mortgage after the loan closes? I’m still available to help.

Want to know if you can accept help on your down payment from a relative? I’d love to talk to you about that. (You should probably call me before you deposit their money!)
