The Mining Landscape has changed dramatically over the past few years.

In this series, we will explore HOW Great Mines actually do think alike, and share HOW Great Mines become GREAT.

With the mining industry incurring billions of productivity and efficiency driven losses annually, it's imperative to consistently re-evaluate the methodologies used. The Mining Industry has taken the exact same approach to mine planning for the past several decades; we need to employ new methodologies if we expect to get different results.

Initially, we will gather a big picture overview of current challenges and trends, and thereafter dive deeper into each aspect of the complexities faced by mining companies, along with the approaches and tools to overcome those challenges.
