Dear Mr. Benson,

I’m writing this letter on behalf of Dr. Mussman and myself. Eight months ago we embarked on an endeavor to purchase a medical condo in addition to starting a new business. As you can imagine it has been a whirlwind. There were obstacles to overcome and some very challenging people along our path. I’m pleased to say that working Eric and Ron has been one of the highlights of our journey.

We were referred to your company by our lenders. Eric made sure to maintain communication with me even during the very preliminary stages. Once we were ready to proceed with bidding the project Eric educated me along the way. He made multiple trips to the site beforehand to ensure he understood our needs thoroughly. He voiced recommendations that made a lot of sense, displayed his expertise, and saved us money in the long run.

Once construction was underway we began to work closely with Ron. From day one Ron has met me with a smile at the door. He was readily available, extremely responsive, and made us feel that our project was his top priority. When we hit obstacles as any project does Ron made sure the necessary steps were taken to address our concerns. I found him to be very accountable and trustworthy. He reiterated multiple times that he will take care us and that’s exactly what he did.

Due to the diligence and professionalism that both of these gentlemen conducted themselves with we wouldn’t consider working with anyone other than Integrity Building Corp in the future.
