Great leaders know that prioritizing we over me is a major key to any team’s success.

?We surveyed 25,000 people to find out what they believe makes a good leader. We asked them to think of the best leader they’ve ever had and consider if that leader was more concerned with what they were doing or who they were becoming. Not surprisingly, the vast majority chose the latter.
Great leaders know that prioritizing we over me is a major key to any team’s success. They know their team is their greatest asset and when you focus on who people are becoming, what they are doing will take care of itself. If you take the time to actually care for your people, your people will actually care for your clients and customers. Everyone wins.
It’s like all the great coaches we see. When they win, they credit and celebrate the team. When they lose, they take responsibility for the loss as their own.
Let’s be those leaders!
