Manufacturing Engineer Job Description
Recommends appropriate designs, materials and techniques to affect specified sequence of technical tasks. Conducts experimental tests, evaluates results and suggests changes as needed. Performs technical assignments of related tasks that are typically a focused portion of a larger project, under general supervision.
Duties
Recommends appropriate designs, materials and techniques for product development or enhancement.
Prepares reports and technical specifications
Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Complies with all established procedures to ensure safety, equipment and accuracy of results
Assists with project management of customer requirements
Creates manufacturing documentation for assemblies including but not limited to hardware, wire lengths, etc
Performs outgoing testing for the powerstacks
Works with engineers for the fulfillment of orders in a timely manner
Ensures tools are maintained and calibrated
Other duties as assigned
Education
Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
Experience
Up to one year of experience
Engineering, Mechanical, Or Electrical Experience Preferred
Knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Strong technical skills
High attention to detail
