This poll was created to raise awareness of the state of your own leadership.  Sometimes, we all operate at the peak of our game and really flourish at the job.  Some of the times, we are really struggling to get the job done, due to roadblocks and silos in the organization.  Other times, we just slide into a neutral gear, not motivated but just drifting at work and at home.  The truth is that we have all been there.
