We raised a $2M seed round to advance our mission to bring the right opportunity at the right time for each employee and empower them to continuously learn and improve the skills that will help them succeed.?

Our round was led by?Eleven Ventures, with participation from?Underline Ventures, as well as strategic angel investors and operators from the San Francisco Bay Area. We're beyond grateful to have beside us partners that share our vision and strongly believe that Nestor can bring disruption in the talent software market by leveraging skills to align performance, development, and learning objectives while enabling career mobility for each individual in the organization.

Congratulations on raising capital. A recipe for leadership would be great. However, a formula must be custom made for each individual, and it would require drive and motivation from each aspiring leader. Becoming a great leader and maintaining great leader status requires dedication to personal growth. Continuous improvement is a fundamental concept in organizational development, and it is equally important for leaders to evolve to be a great leader today and tomorrow. Erin Leslie is spot-on with self-awareness. Something as simple as a MBTI assessment is a good start to get some insight on your personality type so leaders can get a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses when improving their leadership qualities and developing their teams. Practicing different leadership styles can help leaders leverage situational leadership to get the most from their efforts. Adapting and being nimble is the key to what makes great leaders today and tomorrow.? #leadership #leadershipdevelopment
