My recent survey aimed at Sales managers asked ~ “do you call your Field Sales Consultants early on a Monday morning to say HI & to "gee" them up for the week?”
YES ~ 63%
NO ~ 21%
ON OCCASION ~ 17%

So exciting to see that most Sales Managers reach out to their Consultants to wish them well for the week ahead.
Sales can be a really lonely existence & it is such a boost to get a “pick me up call” from the Boss.
?And for the SMs who do not do it, or only do it on occasion ~ I urge you to make this really important task a regular habit.
Your Team will look up to you & drive themselves even harder, knowing that they are appreciated.
