Great Game of Business Workshop-San Antonio

We are hosting a one-day regional event for the Great Game of Business in San Antonio on Dec. 5th. 

The Great Game of Business (GGOB) is an operating system that utilizes open-book management to help companies improve their financial performance and culture. It has had a dramatic impact on our company and our team members as we have doubled in size since implementing it in our company four years ago. The GGOB operating system applies to manufacturers, service providers, schools, non-profits and even governments. It is a unique and powerful model that helps companies thrive and achieve their goals. The GGOB along with Values-Based Leadership serve as the foundational pillars of our culture and have been instrumental in us becoming a “Top Workplace” in San Antonio for the last three years.
