Great feedback on workshop - but am I delivering too much ?

Firstly, let me tell you something
As we move swiftly into 2020, I thought I would take time out to review the presentation, course and workshop material that I've been delivering to see how I can make my presentations even better.
I really encourage feedback from delegates and (like the movie!) I like to hear the good, the bad and the ugly. It's the best way for me to keep building and improving and helps me constantly improve what I deliver.
I was struck by one particular piece of feedback from a session I ran though.
It said "Much better than expected - large amount of content and lots of practical examples to illustrate".
Which led me to ponder....am I over delivering ?
Would welcome people's thoughts. I'm happy to under promise and over deliver but is that being efficient ? Certainly the client is happy...and that makes me happy!
