INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The Great Council for the American National Union of The United State of America hereby adopts the Magna Carta, created June 15th of the year-1215 and is hereby brought forward to the present time for the purposes of communications with the Crown located within the city of London.

The American National Union of The United State of America hereby accepts and acknowledges the obligations and rights of the Magna Carta, created June 15th of the year-1215 brought forward to the present time.
