A Great Company Culture Doesn’t Just Happen by Accident

Far from being a happy accident, a great company culture is the result of deliberate planning, consistent effort, and strategic alignment. Your culture is the sum of an organization’s attitudes, ideals, and attributes that inform behavior, practices, and decisions at all levels of your company. It is influenced by leadership style, policies, employee behavior, and the collective values embraced by the workforce. A robust culture is marked by employees who feel valued and engaged, characterized by high productivity and low turnover rates. To cultivate such an environment, a thoughtful, deliberate approach is required. Like a puzzle, you also need to show patience and watch for patterns as the culture you want, comes together.
