2. Be global and responsible.??

With more than 240,000 employees across six continents, Wipro is a truly global company, and we continue to build our global presence through strategic investments. Our?recent acquisition of Capco , for example, is one of the largest in Wipro history. It promises to expand our capabilities in the banking and financial services market while bringing us closer to more customers worldwide.

In the 75 years that we’ve been incorporated, Wipro has also prioritized the health and wellbeing of our communities. We continue that tradition today through our work with the?Azim Premji Foundation , providing millions of dollars in COVID-19 relief, investing in sustainable business practices to reach net-zero emissions by 2040, partnering with schools to support early career development, and offering ongoing training so employees can keep up with industry changes and new technologies.??

3. Treat each person with respect.?

We work hard to deliver the highest quality services to our customers, and we recognize the importance of supporting the people we work with. Everyone from employees to contractors, clients to partners, deserves our respect and patience because they are integral to the success and growth of Wipro.??

Wipro HR teams hold regular meetings with Wipro leaders to ensure we’re modeling healthy, sustainable behaviors for our teams, like showing respect and supporting them to do their best work. These regular meetings help create a culture of respect throughout Wipro by reinforcing values like support and communication from the top down.??

4. Demonstrate unyielding integrity in everything we do.?

At Wipro, we take great care to ensure we weave our company’s values throughout everything we do — in our work with clients and our internal teams, through our community outreach and our sustainability initiatives.?

For ten consecutive years,?Wipro has been named one of the world’s most ethical companies ?by the Ethisphere institute. This award is given to companies that demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices across a range of areas including governance, environmental impact, diversity initiatives, value chain, and culture.?

A few years ago, Wipro introduced Five Habits for a Growth Mindset (being respectful, being responsive, always communicating, demonstrating stewardship, building trust). These five habits are?a guide designed to make it easier for all employees to bring the Spirit of Wipro to life. They?encourage less of a hierarchical feel within teams and units, more consistency in work practices throughout the organization, stronger communication, and teamwork, and also help with global diversity.?

This teamwork and sense of community is what makes Wipro so great. As we move forward, these habits will solidify Wipro’s values in each of us and ensure we keep supporting each other as we continue to grow.?
