I really enjoyed the book, Leading the Transformation: Applying Agile and DevOps Principles at Scale by Gary Gruver and Tommy Mouser. I recommend this for anyone contemplating, starting or in the midst of an Agile and / or DevOps transformation. The authors provide great insight, metrics and real-life lessons learned. It's important to know what to concentrate on and what to expect in terms of impediments, culture change, and "normal" failures and successes.
