This is a genuine testimonial that I recently received from a dentist client.  How often do we get these?  It is lovely when they arrive!

"Jonathan Jacobs was introduced to me by ‘Mediestates’, when I agreed the sale of my Practice in 2014.

We had an introductory meeting ‘on site’ in which Jonathan patiently explained to my wife and I, the complex process of Practice sale. We agreed a fee and I was set onto the process of collating the practice due diligence.

Jonathan only contacted me when necessary and prepared the Business Transfer Agreement by reference to the electronic files that I uploaded. There were times, particularly when faced with the complexities of the GDS contract and NHS Area Teams and most particularly with Care Quality Commission matters that my wife and I despaired that the process would ever proceed to a satisfactory conclusion.

 Fortunately for us, Jonathan has an unsurpassed knowledge of the Dento-legal world and managed to steer us  and I suspect the buyer’s Solicitor eventually to a successful conclusion.

At all times, Jonathan gave us realistic estimates of the time-frames involved in the process and he managed to fix issues ‘on-the-fly’ which arose at critical times such as the exchange of contracts. His involvement did not stop there, he even foresaw a potential future problem with the UDA quota and added a codicil to address the problem post sale.

Selling a Practice will be the biggest and most important event in your life. It is nice to know that you have an expert at your side to ensure success. Definitely not something for a domestic lawyer and absolutely money well spent".
