(GRCAM Seek Qualified People To Fill Our Available Positions)

My name is Emmanuel Barbee, I am the founder and president of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement a new movement in Black America and throughout the African Diaspora in the digital age. I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement back in November 1991 on a site called Gopher because established black organizations in my city refused to work with me. I created this virtual organization in order to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, as well as for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in the city of Chicago.

I was so impressed how well written the Black Panther movie was and how much they earned 1 Billion dollars worldwide. I did my research and found a film school where I’m currently taking Screenwriting classes. I will also be taking Producing, Digital Filmmaking and Cinematography I hope to be finish by March of next year. I will be learning the ins and outs of being a producer and a film director so that I can turn my book into a motion film.

I will launch an open audition and will give preference to active group members from my social groups and those who have purchased my book. If you are selected by my panel then I will discuss compensation and incentives with you directly. My film “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago” will be based on my revised book (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition. The length of the film will be between 10 to 20 minutes and the location of the film will be set in Chicago. I will promote the film on Youtube and at film festivals, seminars and screenings until I am able to gather sponsors to fund the full movie.

What I want young people to get from my film and my book is that through patience, hard work and determination you can succeed in life I am a living witness. Stay focus on your goals, view every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow and most of all keep God at the center of everything you do. I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work.

After 15 years of being rejected and ignored by established black organizations in the city of Chicago I decided to write and publish my story (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition. In hopes of attracting 30 black middle class professionals and others within the United States who meet the criteria that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.

I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents after they pass the criminal background checks, then I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors. I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my Nonprofit Cooperative. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business.

My book is the foundation of my future Christian organization. Part of my book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago from my youth to my adulthood. The second part of my book I discuss our past, present and the future of African Americans. In my book I provide a 21st century plan on how my Christian organization will help eradicate urban violence in the city of Chicago and beyond while at the same time meet the social needs of the urban communities and families that want to utilize our programs and services if given a chance.

I wrote my book for three reasons: One reason is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America. Another reason why I wrote my book is to promote my virtual Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement and my future Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. GRCAI will consist of a nonprofit cooperative and also a for profit service based business. Our focus is on providing goods and services to the low income African American community and work directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money so that I can hire thirty qualified individuals to assist me with the daily operation of my business.

I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities throughout the Midwest. Once we're established in America I plan on having African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up 10 chapters in 10 African countries. Our mission is to end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I wrote my book the proceeds will go towards me hiring qualified people who will assist me with the daily operation of my business. I am on social media to recruit brave and smart people to join my management team and to encourage people on my friends list and people in my social groups to help me spread my book information with your family, friends, place of worship and also at your local community center. I am doing my best to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow and now through my revised book and future film Hood Liberator Made In Chicago. This is my contribution back to my community and throughout the African Diaspora.
