Mia explained; "It was exciting to see in person what I’ve been learning about. Gaining insight into the early stages of development was interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing the progress."

With over two decades of professional experience, Joanna spent the first 10 years of her career in estate agency transitioning into construction recruitment, successfully covering both temporary and permanent hires.

Best place you have visited?

By far, it has to be Sorrento in Italy. There is nothing quite like the Amalfi Coast with its beautiful scenery, restaurants, and, of course, shopping.

Top two movies?

It would probably be Jackie Brown and Of Mice And Men, closely followed by anything horror!

The perfect 3-course meal?

I would start with paté and freshly baked bread, leading to a slow-cooked lamb shank with mashed potato and some vegetables. Since I have a real sweet tooth, dessert would be anything with ice cream.
