As part of our expansion plan, the opening of our flagship Happy Store in Dekwaneh and the signing of six new locations for Spinneys stand as symbols of economic growth, creating job opportunities and contributing to the Lebanese community. It is a testament to our commitment to providing unparalleled customer experiences. Renovation is also a key element in our pursuit of excellence, and the initiation of renovations for Spinneys stores showcases our dedication to continuous improvement in the retail landscape. In fact, the?renovation of our Mar Miter branch and very soon in Jnah, symbolizes our commitment to growth and enhanced services.

Our local footprint has expanded with foreign agreements. We have established an expansion plan into Iraq, representing a significant stride towards raising Lebanon as regional player in the retail industry. We are determined in opening doors to new markets and opportunities, in fact we signed on franchising agreements with a leading French retailer and a prominent British garment chain. We also acquired the franchises of Thai Express and Wetzel's Pretzels from the US.

Another major significant moment of this year lies in the sustainable partnership we forged with IPT, a strategic move that paved the way for the opening of eight Grab ‘n Go stores in their stations; it is not just a business venture, it's a manifestation of our dedication to contributing to the Lebanese economy. This strategic alliance represents our role as catalysts for positive change within our nation.?

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Importing more than 25 new brands and creating 15 new proprietary brands is our way of ensuring that our customers have access to diverse, high-quality products. As we move forward, our aim is to give back to our customers each year through continuous innovation and expansion. Finally, as we prepare to establish a padel concept with 16 courts, we acknowledge that each milestone achieved is a collective success to the well-being and recreational opportunities for the Lebanese community.?
