Tom Ice is a partner in the firm's business law practice group, where he advises clients on a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. John Salazar is a partner in the firm's intellectual property practice group, where he focuses on patent prosecution and portfolio management. Mr. Salazar has extensive experience in prosecuting patent applications in various computer related areas such as machine learning and vision systems. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar and is registered to practice in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
