Before I leave bed each morning, I consciously thank the Universe and the Earth for my breath! Breath is something we take for granted, but the Earth is infinitely kind for creating oxygen, which doesn't exist on any other planet. So, I think of it as borrowing my breath, each breath.

Then, I am so grateful for my miraculous body, which has evolved so far that it can process the raw gas of oxygen, extract the nutrients we need, and expel the harmful substances we don't need!

This is a brilliant way to start each day: a proper, unshakeable foundation for the rest of the day.
