Gratitude Time ~ Bamboo!

Dear Sparrow,

I love Bamboo! Always have as in the strength, the flexibility of it, the endurance, the beauty of it's delicacy with such a subtle tone of green that's soothing to the spirit. The profound; however, neutral band that wraps so intricate around the stalk, then the few leaves sprouting along the top. The Bamboo reminds me to be strong, stand tall, firm and flexible when necessary. It also helps me to understand I have to exude patience in everything that I do - it's important to do this when gaining wisdom. Knowing it takes time most times when we know something amazing is to come; when we've been shown a vision in essence knowing without doubt that its to come to fruition.

I am grateful for all God has shown me on display everyday from the moment I awake until I retire for the evening ... time plays a vital role in everything we do and understanding the power in it and that it's always moving forward no matter what. There's nothing more to you nor I can do other than accept it, right? I reside in joy and engulfed in gratitude for God trusting me with such a favored life. Therefore, practicing patience, believing beyond understanding, living life as carefree feasible, celebrating all aspects of my life everyday no matter how it displays. I know my preview is on the way ... I can only move forward with the knowledge I've obtained acknowledging all takes place only in your timing I shall prevail. The seed has been planted, it's simply the patience in waiting for the breakthrough to flourish and thrive into view.

As I remind myself to BE Bamboo. I am the strength, I have the flexibility, I have been humbled in ways I never knew I wasn't ; however, thought I was. I vow knowing I do not need to be resilient to spring back up ... I ease back up in grace, because I am Bamboo. My gracious gratitude is for my becoming such a resemblance every day. The most amazing lessons in life to learn in my present, a new page turn on every mornings walk and daily journey. Being transparent, being honest, sharing my truths with you my Sparrow has been a saving grace each day of my life sharing my story, sharing my comeback, sharing my falls as I fall back up. I cherish each and every moment. Know that I am courageous, I am loyal, I am love, and I am sincere ... I am YOU reflecting of me. Things I do, things I take, I accept and soar in it. The Valerie Miller is a believer, displaying life as Bamboo as I grow taller and taller it allows me to bend further and further, swaying in the wind and after each and every storm passes ~ I am still graced to stand and appear before you just as beautiful, vibrant, graceful. stronger more loving than I was before the storm.

Deciding to put God first is everything to me ... Hence The before my name, meaning God. I am second, I am obedient, I am Bamboo!
