?? Have you been struggling to in your current role and engagement with fellow colleagues or manager?

??Whether you're new to the workforce or have several years of experience in your industry, there are many thankless actions that carry with leadership.

??Sometimes as a leader there is a need to manage the disappointments over matters close to your heart in leading a team and mentoring your protegees. Not all things getting appreciated on timely manner. Showing gratitude to your colleagues is a chance for you to build trust and comfort in the workplace relationship even how busy you are. It is more crucial to acknowledge your colleague engagements that shape the ecosystem within the team and efforts by the team can be a thankless effort.

????Today, I want to talk about a small but impactful habit. It's so impactful that it will transform your personal and professional developments. It doesn't take much skill and ANYONE can do it. ????It's the art of saying thank you.

??Showing your gratitude towards others is as simple act but a forgotten habit. To build a positive and powerful relationship, I always remember to be able to initiate the habit of a simple thank you note to be able to identify the blessing and be blessed. I still have relationships with those that help to build my career professionally and always opens the door when the opportunity strikes. When one becomes a leader, the habit for embracing gratitude continues to gain better relationships. That was when I started to send thank you notes. ?????? be it job interviews, after coffee/lunches/dinners.???? or even a small assistance that I get from my team or colleagues.

Being able to say thank you has 3 psychological theories of why this is a crucial habit. Positive interaction, Positive Reinforcement so that you showcase value that the the opportunity and the time spent. This positive reinforcement can leave a lasting impression Lastly, Halo Effect ????: Think of this as a sort of professional glow-up. Our impression of a person influences how we perceive their character. A thoughtful thank-you note can create a positive "halo" around your image.

Hence be genuine and personal so that you can create a real emotional connection between you and them. ????Sending a thank you note is a strategic move that taps into fundamental human behaviors. ??
