- Often in life we encounter people who in the worldly sense have too much of the material & physical possessions; however, they are still unhappy and that unhappiness can be sensed by the aura they have; reflecting negative emotions, feelings, gestures & hence tarnished relationships. Whereas there are some other people who, although don't have that much of material wealth, but still they are contended and happy with whatsoever they have and radiate positive energy,emotions & also have good relations with people.
- If you look and try to find out the difference ; the basic difference you are going to find in between the two groups of people lies in the presence or absence thereof of GRATITUDE.
- Gratitude has been derived from the Latin word gratus meaning ‘pleasing, thankful’ which is a feeling of positive appreciation and acknowledgement by the recipient of the act's of kindness, help ,support or other types of generosity received from Someone ,Nature or Divine.
- It is by enjoying and acknowledging the blessings granted by nature, circumstances and people around you; instead of considering them as Taken for granted . Happiness increases if we enjoy and appreciate the little achievements instead of waiting to enjoy after some very big Herculean task is achieved. Happiness increases when we start enjoying the beauty spread around our self and of our own very self.
Happiness is the result of the thoughtful realization process and state of heart and mind where you appreciate, acknowledge and enjoy the things, behaviors and blessings around you instead of looking for what you do not have in your lives.
- Relationships strengthen when we acknowledge the role and importance of the people around us; by thanking them and appreciating their contribution towards us on a positive note & resultantly express our gratitude towards them.
- Simplest Way to express gratitude is by saying Thank you to the people for their small acts of kindness and help; by lifting up the morale of people by simply having a smile while having a conversation & trying to reciprocate the gestures and feelings by helping and sharing as a result.
- Another Way to enhance & build up the attitude of Gratitude is by contemplating and thinking about the positive things which the life has bestowed on us. Noticing the little acts of kindness, help and support will make us realize the importance of the blessings provided to us.
