Gratitude


I intentionally spend more time expressing gratitude in my life. The last few years have brought a lot of negativity and sadness that can engulf us. So, I have systematically included actions each day that allows me to experience gratitude.?

1)????Panda Planner

I am one of those people who uses Outlook to schedule appointments and duplicate the information in a paper planner. Writing allows me to exercise my brain and leave an impact in a different way than typing.


I start every day filling out 3 things I’m grateful for in my Panda Planner. Some days, I feel like I am searching for something to write. On other days the joy of gratitude flows out of the pen: rainbows, connections, a flower blooming, etc.


2)????Balance App

Every day I take a moment and actively participate in the Gratitude Meditation. The guided experience slows down the day. I gain an appreciation for the good that is happening around me that I am a part of and recognize more moments to express gratitude. ?


3)????Prayers

In my daily communication with God, I share my petitions and then I say Thank You for that human who reached out, the laugh we shared, and the opportunity learn from another human.
