Gratitude

The Month of May is significant for me career-wise; I assumed my current job this month some years ago. Also, I successfully completed an organization sponsored senior leadership training and lastly the commemoration of annual world mental health day, hence my gratitude…

To God the giver of life, the magnificent one, omniscient, the one who is and who is to come... I am thankful

For the opportunities which abounds; that shrouded in seemingly difficulties and life challenges and that which appears on a silver platter... I am thankful

For the gift of introspection, creativity both synthetic and intuitive, discernment, mindfulness and ability to see many dimensions in most situations... I am thankful

For good and loving relationships, the best folks and siblings the world over, the unquantifiable expression of unequivocal love, standing through thick and thin... I am thankful

For family and friends who stick closer as brothers, the tribe; accountability partners, associates, mentors and mentees and all those who entrusted their care into my hands... I am thankful

For family and friends who have passed on leaving indelible marks on the sand of time and affording us the opportunity to draw life lessons from their LIVES... I am thankful

For my job; which provides me the platform for the fulfillment of life purpose, availing me the opportunity to serve and be a voice for all, the exposure and learning in a multicultural and dynamic workplace... I am thankful

For growth; in quantum leaps in all ramifications through everyday events, bringing to fore my strengths to harness and weaknesses to transform... I am thankful.

N: B To further commemorate this month, I will be using more of my spare time to write on a wide range of topic (as the spirit leads) with the aim of sharing, teaching and coaching as applicable. Please stay tuned.

What a beautiful and heartfelt expression of gratitude! Your words resonate deeply, reminding us of the importance of appreciating every aspect of our lives, from the challenges that shape us to the relationships that support us. It’s inspiring to see how you value introspection, creativity, and growth, and how you cherish the opportunity to serve and learn in a multicultural environment. Thank you for sharing your journey and insights. Looking forward to your upcoming writings and the wisdom they will undoubtedly bring! Appreciative Leadership is a key principle anchored in "The Pathways to Leadership for Health Transformation", an AFRO transformation initiative launched by Dr Moeti in 2017.
