Gratitude & My ?? Thanksgiving Menu

A quick note to my colleagues and friends, wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday season! During this busy time of year, I hope you make time to slow down, enjoy family and friends, breathe, and find gratitude in all things, big and small. Thank you for being on this journey with me. Thanksgiving is a big deal in my home. I start planning the menu a few weeks before, and while the basics stay the same, I like to try different ways to prepare them. The one recipe I’ll never deviate from is my stuffing recipe which is a riff on my mom’s. The New York Time’s has a great article on stuffing here too. Here is the list for 2022 with recipe links:
