Gratitude Map

We all have heard it but this mapping exercise takes it to another important level to truly unpack this very cliche best practice into something much bigger and more meaningful.

In case it's hard to read the steps:

  1. Reflect on your current situation
  2. Circle each you can answer "yes" to
  3. Share and discuss with friends and family
  4. Do one thing to help someone else
