Gratitude for manifesting Changemakers 2024 - my learning Journey as a COACH

?Change makers - sounds cliché na, especially in 2024, thinking about it , it has a quirky mystery about it, that is not really cliché, coz it has stirred a lot , a lot, in me.

This event held in Mumbai, which I attended in person, very ambitiously took the flight out of Delhi @430am, flew back into Delhi at @2:30am , the next morning, with my brave husband Raman Mahajan , taking care of our,not so easy 4 year old twins,whom I have been with 24*7 since their birth in 2020),for the ChangeMakers 2024, held on a specially chosen date 24 -02-2024, has left me shaken & stirred ??, literally, my hands are shivering, while I am writing this.

Changemakers has opened a channel of limitless power within me ( while my hands are still cold and shaky ??), like an instant dose of warm water being poured into my mind, where all the stickiness of the old thoughts, patterns and beliefs just surfaced up like sticky oil in a pan, and all the muck washes away and a shiny, smooth and sticky free pan comes out – with clarity and connectedness to our higher self.

So much CLARITY, today, I could define (literally & figuratively) ,the word CHANGE

C - Comfort

H - Hacked

A - And

N - Nagged to

G - Grow &

E - Expand

Isn’t this interesting, don’t we all dislike, our comfort being hacked & nagged & nudged and then icing on the cake, the stirring and the butterflies, it brings along deep down, being exposed to the journey it is unfolding, of rough roads and rustic views ,but oblivious to the outcome of happiness, freedom and empowerment, shinning out as the best of ourselves, much bigger than our demons and fears.

Why am I dramatically expressing all this to you, coz today, after zillion of failed attempts, of being able to write a single piece of article ,blog or post, nothing could shake me up more than just the 8 hours of empowering atmosphere, energy, exuberance and WORDS ( like my mentor Franda Graves says , “Words make the World”)-, from these beautiful mentors and coaches @ SuccessGyan Academy ( host of the Changemakers event).

And hence after 2 years of constant deliberation, conflict and resistance within me, I felt empowered to express & write this post on Linkedin , today.

A lot of this procrastination, can be attributed to my fear of being judged, coz I did not know terminologies like “Hashtag”, lingo like “FOMO”, REELS”, INstaLive”, STORIES” and all the buzzwords, of the digital age and the social media platforms, and the fear of being judged, of not knowing them and forgetting on the way that “MY PROGRESS >> MY FEARS”, I forgot that my true feelings and ability and skills to express, WRITE, and reach out to so many like me,is far greater than my ignorance of these buzzwords, that have only crippled me all these 2 years , to even write and express a single post on Linkedin.?

That my potential is not limited to and defined by the KPIs of ( hashtags, stories and buzzwords),but is a reflection of my genuine expression of my journey and my experiences.

And today , I firmly do believe that a lot of you reading this right now, can feel and relate to all of the above - towards “CHANGE”, towards Judgement, towards procrastination, towards the constant squeaky irritating voice in our head saying “What if you fail, if you are laughed at”, “ to be told, you don’t even know this… HAWWWW”.

Subtle yet Deep,

Straight yet Potent,

Clear yet Profound,

Has been the impact of “What COACHING” and “COACH” means to me.

Thats why my journey is what I would like to call “From QUITTING to COACHING”, that I am sharing with you all and writing down and now (BTW the hand shiver is already gone… ??)
