Today, I want to take a moment to reflect on my last three years leading Talent at Honeywell in different geographies. It has been a remarkable experience that has not only shaped my professional path but also allowed me to contribute to the shaping of our company's future.

During my time at Honeywell, I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented, smart and dedicated individuals. We've championed amazing projects not only around talent, but also in the space of diversity and inclusion, ensuring that every voice was heard and valued. Our collective efforts have not only driven the company forward but have also created an environment where talent thrives, and potential is realized.

Honeywell has been instrumental in crafting me into a better professional, and even more, into a better person. The opportunities for growth, the challenges that pushed me to excel, and the support I received from my leaders, team and colleagues have been invaluable. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and the autonomy to lead initiatives that I am deeply passionate about.
