Gratitude isn’t just a "feel-good" practice—it’s a strategic power move. In a world that rewards relentless striving and glorifies busyness, slowing down to actively choose gratitude is downright rebellious?
Gratitude calls us to look at what’s working in our lives and businesses instead of obsessing over what’s not. It’s a perspective shift that’s not about settling—it’s about fueling the fire. Gratitude sharpens our focus on the strengths we already have, amplifies the magnetic energy that draws soul clients, and creates momentum for what’s next?
But here’s the kicker: gratitude isn’t always pretty. It’s not just sunsets and client wins. What about gratitude for the lessons that broke you open or the challenges that pushed you to grow? Can you look at the hardest parts of your business—the missed opportunities, the flopped launches—and say, “Thank you”?
When you choose gratitude in these moments, you reclaim your power. Gratitude doesn’t erase the tough stuff; it repositions it as fuel for your impact, your clarity, your next breakthrough.
So this week, I invite you to try something edgy. Don’t just list what you’re grateful for—get gritty with it.

2 小时前I am grateful for the challenging journey that I am on right now (although some days more grateful than others ?? ) and it really has me working on my resilience muscle.

3 小时前One challenge I’m grateful for…? Full transparency, and what came to mind first, is that I’m grateful for my sobriety. I decided to stop drinking alcohol 49 days ago and although it’s been somewhat difficult at times, I am grateful for the clarity of mind it brings. The difficulty isn’t in foregoing the drink, it is in feeling all the feels, all the time. The difficulty is steeped in anxious thoughts that can overwhelm me at times. I’m becoming more patient with myself and that transfers to others beautifully. I like who I’m becoming more and more each day. ??

3 小时前"Gratitude doesn’t erase the tough stuff; it repositions it as fuel for your impact, your clarity, your next breakthrough." Survivors of the holocaust found gratitude in the smallest of things, and it is thought to have been a common thread among those who survived. It is so easy to be angry, and quite often justified, and yet it tends to destroy from the inside out.

4 小时前Oh - this is a good (and a hard) one. ? What’s one challenge you’re willing to be grateful for, even if it’s still unfolding? ? How has it shaped your growth or revealed new strengths? I think with me its a health challenge - its making me look at my health - all aspects of it - making sure I am doing everything I can do. I will b e healthier in the long run - even if I feel like crap now :)
