Gratitude

Gratitude

We have hanging in the wall of our kitchen this sign. And it is something that I have tried to embed in my children's attitudes. Recently, it has hit me directly in the face.

The number of people that touch our lives are endless. From the monumentous, Mom and Dad, to the simple, your mail person. All of us are effected consistently by people. Not the Twitter whores or Instagram babies, but by real people. For me these real people are Helix Wireless customers and partners.

We all understand trust even if we can not define it or quantify it. I remember well Alan Greenspan's emphasis on trust being the bedrock of the American economy in his book "The Age of Turbulence". Recently, as our SmartSIM(tm) has begun to be put in devices across the world, I have been overwhelmed by the trust that customers and partners have given us. This trust in our service has lead to a tremendous gratitude.

It's not the same gratitude one might experience when drinking a hot coffee on a cool morning or getting a hug from a middle child. It is something deeper. The gratitude for this trust Helix Wireless has been given is something that emboldens me to deliver the best in class for our partners and customers.

When a call comes in at midnight cause there is an issue there is such gratitude that our customer trusts to call us. When there is a solution that needs to be fixed in order to go to market it is an honor to be called. All the incredible solutions and technologies powered by our SmartSIM(tm) makes me grateful for you our partners and customers. And everyday it will start with gratitude for you.

Thank you!
