Getting the right break at right time is very important. Sometimes we don’t get it easily. Here we understand & agree upon the factor called luck. Sometimes it takes too much time to meet with right opportunity’s but if you are are determined enough & keep working continuously in the same direction with the positive mindset, the universe make it happen by attracting right people, right opportunity & right mentors in Life, I strongly believe in it. Earlier I had thought that I will be successful on my own but my thought changed now & I realized that we need people to guide us, to uplift, to identify our passion & align it with the right opportunity where we can feel growing, learning & contributing equally.
My journey is not that simple as I too don't wanted to have an easy life. I wanted to have an happening Life, life filled with challenges, growth, competition & victory. Coming from a conservative community & underdeveloped state was one of the reason but nothing stopped me because I am determined enough since my childhood although my ambitions are not new. Credit goes to my liberal parent as well, I am fortunate to be raised by them who always gave me freedom to make my life choices. I worked hard to change my dreams into reality & mindset of people around me. (Picture- MBA days)
In this big corporate world- where I wanted to take a citizenship & spirit is still on…
I would like to take a moment & thank to all the strangers for being an angel/ guide in my life & direly or indirectly being part of my amazing journey.
If someone says, I made it on my own- don’t believe them - it’s their fragile ego. There is always a story & bunch of key people behind everyone's success. Yes, I do agree, no one can make a lazy bird fly. Determination & self-motivation is the first key, but there are people who become our guide/ mentor in this journey either by chance or by choice. (Pic- College Days- Love for formal)
I would like to thank to all who have guided me in this journey ??

?2. Mr. Vinod Jently- It's was a great opportunity for me to work with Multi- national people under one roof in early phase of Career (In pic Colleagues from different nationality- In middle my British manager, then mates from India, Pakistan, Philippine, & Emirate)
He is of the very calm professional. He is always encouraging and positive. He knows very well, how to bring out best out of a person & utilize it for mutual benefit. He keeps motivating to do best & be better than the Best always. Thank you for always appreciating my support to the after service sales team & your valuable guidance during my work tenure in Alfuttaim Motors.
3. Ms. Archana Hande- I am really thankful to her for understanding me, for giving me chance to showcase my creativity, management & leadership skills in my work. I am not the one who directly landed on her dream/ desired role. Few important yrs. of my professional life, I spent on learning, exploring, understanding broad corporate practices & role of functional departments in organisation success that too on global platform (U.A.E). I have been a part of different verticals of HRM practices in Benninger India, started here from scratch to build my career as an HR Professional & my previous work experiences helped me a lot in bringing out of box ideas.
As I started as a fresher in India but I had international work experience that too of functional departments. So, those experiences helped me in addressing employees needs & company's expectation within 60-90 days of my joining & based on that I worked with the management & tried to bridge the gaps. Recognized with promotion for instrumenting Employee Engagement initiative for improving the work culture.

4. Mr. Sarfaraj Maner- LinkedIn is a platform of Learning & connecting with professionals. And professionals like Mr. Sarfaraj Maner, made its worthy to spend time here. He sets an example that how kind a HR person should be. I had the pleasure of knowing him during exploring this platform. I got notification of his profile on this platform (LinkedIn), for career advice. I was amazed by this facility of LinkedIn. I thought to give it a try as I needed some light related to my Career path & its obstacle. I clicked on it & he responded over my query like a true trusted guide. “It’s rare that you come across standout talent & humble human being like Mr. Sarfaraj Maner.” I highly recommend him for Career guidelines especially to someone who is struggling to make a mark in Industry.
5. Mr. Farhan Khan- I know Farhan since couple of year & found him very Inspiring person. Connecting with him was like connecting with a generous Soul. I still remember how I connected with him. I was actively looking for Job on LinkedIn & few people asked me to connect with Farhan, as he voluntarily works to introduce Candidates to Recruiters. Then Farhan introduced me with other amazing groups/Organisation which works for human development on large scale. And trust me that made me feel like coming back to India was not a wrong decision. This is what, I always wanted to do. Associating myself with similar mind-sets’ & talented people of different Industry for a common purpose or being helping hands for each other.
He is a Man with vision & he works amazingly to bring people on a table who share similar Vision & willingly uplift each other. He is truly a leader. He is dreamer & he is an Achiever. He is a Reliable person & he works hard to fulfill his commitments. Today I am part of his vision & working towards uplifting others with other amazing professionals.
6. Mr. Piyush Rathi- Piyush Rathi is a key person of Recruiters Candidates Group. we meet as strangers & but today we share amazing bond. He is a wonderful advisor, Resume writer & mentor. He is a complete package. He simply things in amazing way.He have busy schedule but he is always a call away for friends. I always choose to reach him, when I need a wise suggestion on any vertical of life. He is simply an amazing human being. If you struggling with resume writing, don't waste your time or money..contact him, trust me.. you won't regret it. He has written a book over resume writing " Ace your Resume- Book Name" Must read it, It's worth to spend few bucks & some time. He is coolest senior professional.
Thanks for sharing valuable pearl of wisdom & not underestimating newcomers, valuing people & their talent. How you treat a person when he or she is not on height, makes a difference.
7. Mr. Abhishek Jha- Last but not the list. I would like to Thank Mr. Abhishek Jha for being so humble & a nice human being. I connected with him on LinkedIn because his journey is inspiring & worth to follow. People with similar feathers always flocks together- we have few similarities like we both belong to same place which is undoubtedly land of talents but unfortunately not the land of opportunities. Sometimes, few creep minded people try to put us down as we belong to a very small town but that's says a lot about their mindset. We/ our ancestors traveled extra miles to fulfill our dreams & in search of bread & butter which is not everyone's cup of tea. My pursuit for excellence keeps us moving & helps us in adding value in my life, dealing with challenges/obstacles & have a lifestyle.
Keep Inspiring to me & many others to fly higher & touch the Sky despite of having really tough life challenges. I really appreciate the guidance you provide me.
"Don't trust strangers" may be good advice for small child, but for an adult, to continue this belief will only create isolation & loneliness (In the words of Louise Hay- author).
With time & age, we need to learn & unlearn few beliefs. Out of above mentioned 7 amazing people- I meet 3 at workplace & with rest 4 Gems, on LinkedIn. I am not afraid of unknown, I always had curiosity to learn & explore. what I needed is guidance & always I meet amazing mentors in my path to show me some light. We attracts, what we look for.
I am known for my professional approach & positive attitude towards life, being adaptable & taking initiative fearlessly. My region, religion, gender & personal status cannot define me, It's an ounce of my persona/ personal identity. My aim, my values, my contribution as a person, professional in my self development, people lives/ society/ Organisation/ humanity definitely defines me & you. Diversity makes me comfortable & It's normal for me. I am going to use the freedom I had in best possible way in bettering my life & people around me.
