It’s such a simple practice with powerful effects. Gratitude helps us shift our perspective to recognize the silver linings, even in challenging situations. When we practice gratitude, we can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve our relationships and social connections, enhance positivity and can certainly lead you to obtaining a better grasp on your physical and mental health.
