Now more than ever we need to take time out of our day to be grateful for what we have.
COVID-19 is reshaping society daily and as our negativity bias is in full swing we need to be constantly putting something back in to try and find a balance.
Firstly, take a deep breath, take a few, take a lot and even better if you are outside. Remember there are now people who are struggling to breathe because of the virus. Let this be the most important lesson of your day. Be grateful for each breath you take as today may be someone else's last.
Secondly, take the time to write down each day, 3 things you are grateful for. The science backs it up but now more than ever the old say of "count your blessings" is so important.

I know for friends in isolation it was previously easy to take for granted a hug from a loved one or a friend. These things are a vital part of our human connection so you appreciate them so much more when they are unavailable.
Take care of yourself and those around you as we are all in this together. Put the human back into humanity.
Have courage and be kind.
