As we wrap up 2024, gratitude is the one & only word that comes to my mind.
There are many things planned for 2025 & I will start the next week with some new, exciting announcements. Stayed tuned to CX Musings, the newsletter curated for CX stuff.
Like many of you, I like to work on the tougher problem statements first & keep the easier stuff for later. The big wins make a big difference!
This year has been the toughest for me at a personal & professional level, but with assistance from personal & LinkedIn contacts, upskilling my knowledge & skills, the tide was turned & I emerged victorious. Again gratitude for those who kept their trust in me.
I will be reaching bigger heights in my quest to drive customer centricity & a customer centric approach. I will be speaking on the power of data driven decision making for CX at global forums & podcasts (there is one coming up soon, very soon). Idea has always been to openly share knowledge, be transparent & break silos (something I learnt- what not to do from bad bosses, so let's break that sad approach).
Initiated new CX advisory / consultative work, more on that in Feb/ March 2025.
Also keeping up on my each year's resolution to travel to 4 new places again this year too (a tradition, I have been doing since 2016- except for those 2 years for obvious reasons).
You will see more traction with short, informative videos on my YouTube channel (already the channel is WIP, with some 4-5 videos).
Thank you for that immense trust, and for elevating my world with your presence. Your prayers have assisted us all in our approach to be human centric.
