Gratitude to 2024, Looking Ahead 2025

Year 2024 for me began with a clear focus on three purposeful ventures :

??Supporting my livelihood through a consultancy role in Saudi Arabia.

??Nurturing my soul by facilitating group trainings and coaching clients.

??Maintaining a balanced lifestyle by nourishing my mind, body, and overall well-being.

As the year unfolded, it brought its share of ??????????????????????????. Tackling these challenges became a true test of resilience, growth, and intentional living, accompanied by immense learning.

Practicing gratitude, emotional intelligence, journaling, and continuous learning became my anchors. Fueling my passion through training and coaching kept me aligned with my purpose and on track.

Gratitude for Key Milestones

1?? A Journey with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH)

From January to September 2024, I had the honor of contributing as an IT Management Consultant in the CIO Advisory Team at JHAH Technology Division.

One of the standout highlights of this journey was leading the ???????????????????? ?????????????????????? ??????????????, a transformative program designed to empower the next generation of technology leaders. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Saqib Chaudhry , whose visionary sponsorship and support brought this initiative to life.

This program was a unique fusion of:

??Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) – Understanding how behavior is created and its impact on leadership.

??Executive Coaching Principles – Inspired by my mentor, John Mattone, former coach to Steve Jobs.

??ADKAR Change Management Methodology – Guiding organizational transformation through Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.

Together, we cultivated the potential of 22 emerging leaders, equipping them with the tools to connect thoughts, language, and behavior to drive impactful leadership and engagement strategies.
