Four years ago, I embarked on an incredible journey with Deutsche Telekom Service Europe (DTSE). From joining as a Pega Advisor to assuming the pivotal role of Head of HRCules Competence Center, the evolution has been nothing short of transformative.
- Evolution in Role: From my initial role as a Pega Advisor to now leading the HRCules Competence Center, the journey has been transformative. It's a testament to the opportunities for growth and advancement within DTSE.
- Global Leadership: Overseeing personnel and technical management across Germany, Romania, Slovakia, and India has provided a unique perspective on global operations and strategies. Collaboration across borders has been instrumental in driving success.
- Strategic Development: Playing a pivotal role in overarching and developing strategies has been both rewarding and challenging. It's about envisioning the future of our organization and charting the course towards excellence.
- Team Empowerment: Leading a diverse team requires more than just management; it demands inspiration, empowerment, and mentorship. I take pride in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Resilience and Adaptability: In a dynamic business landscape, adaptability is key. Embracing change, navigating uncertainties, and emerging stronger have been recurring themes in our journey.
