As I reflect on the past year, I’m filled with immense gratitude for the opportunities I’ve had to give back to my community and support others in their personal and professional journeys???

This year has been a whirlwind of experiences that have reinforced my belief in the power of mentorship, collaboration, and shared growth.

Mentoring Through Women’s Programs

One of those highlights has been mentoring amazing women through various programs, including Women’s Unlimited, Inc. and the St. Louis Business Journal’s Mentoring Monday event.?

Each session has been a rewarding reminder of the incredible potential that lies within individuals when they are given the right guidance and support!?

Connecting with these inspiring women has not only enriched their journeys but also taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, determination, and the importance of community.

Empowering Women Through P.A.T.H. Forward Events

I also had the pleasure of hosting three incredible P.A.T.H. Forward events in St. Louis and Kansas City, where we welcomed over 150 professional women and exceptional female business leaders.

These gatherings were filled with inspiring conversations, powerful takeaways, and the kind of energy that only comes from women supporting women!?

Hearing the stories of triumph and struggle from these amazing individuals has truly fueled my passion for helping others unlock the full possibilities of their future.

Some of my favorite takeaways from our P.A.T.H. Forward events included:

?? Don’t lose your voice - your words matter. Each participant brought unique insights that enriched our discussions, reminding us all of the power of our individual experiences.
