Graphic Designer & Digital Media Creator

We are looking for a graphic designer?and digital media creator in Sofia/Bulgaria (fluent in English, German is a bonus) to become part of our international marketing team.??

Join our team to engage the DIGITALL community, shape our brand and promote it in campaigns, content assets, web pages and support our colleagues with clear messaging, an eye for details and the right communication for different target groups.??

Position Responsibilities :

Due to the growth and expansion of company operations, currently, we are looking for someone to join our team as Graphic Designer and Media Creator.

·???????You develop ideas and themes for content assets, etc. in a?team?

·???????You create visual concepts for marketing campaigns

·???????You support and produce graphics for marketing media content (books, white papers, one-pagers, articles) both online and print

·???????You work on brand awareness assets both in digital and?physical form (infographics, merchandize products, icons etc.)

·???????You plan and build microsites, landing pages etc. and optimize?them for UX

·???????You work on employer branding assets both in digital and?physical form to enable HR (handouts, visuals & graphics, event?goodies, etc.)?

·???????You create communication elements & assets based on our?CI/CD standards and guidelines??

Position Qualifications:

·??????Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and belonging media: perfect skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are prerequisite (After Effect and XD are welcome)

·??????Design education (BA or other relevant)

·??????Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to?meet deadlines

·??????Great team player and love to share & learn

·??????Work in a fast-moving environment and know?how to prioritize and organize your work

·??????Minimum 3 -5 years work experience

·??????Up to date with design trends

·??????Initiate sharing information, deliver clear and succinct messages and listen and comprehend communications from others

·??????Video and photography know-how is a plus?

Leading Skills

English/Bulgarian, German is a plus - Adobe Creative Cloud – CMS/Marketing Automation (e.g.?Hubspot) - UX ?- Social Media/Community Management - Office365 (PPT, Excel, Word)?.
